Terms of Service

Important Disclaimer: maketinydesk.com is an independent fan-made AI tool and parody generator. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by NPR, NPR Music, Tiny Desk Concerts, Charlie Wilson, The Gap Band, or TikTok.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Make Tiny Desk (maketinydesk.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Make Tiny Desk provides an AI-powered parody video synthesis tool that transforms user-uploaded portrait photos into a novelty concert video inspired by acoustic desk concerts.

3. Acceptable Use & Uploaded Content

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained the necessary rights and consents to upload any photograph submitted to our service. You may not upload:

Photographs of minors without express parental or guardian permission
Content that is defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or hateful
Content that infringes any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights

4. Payments and Refund Policy

All video generation packages are billed as one-time fees through Stripe. Credits never expire. Because AI video generation consumes irreversible cloud compute resources upon initiation, purchases are generally final. However, we offer our Quality Remake Guarantee: if a generated video does not capture the person's likeness, buyers may request a free remake via the result page. In cases where generation fails technically, credits are automatically returned.
